The solid part consists of all the improved ingredients of L-J medium common to both domestic and foreign professionals; The liquid part consists of basic medium, growth promoting agent, antibacterial agent, and chromogenic agent. Typical colony can form on the slant of the culture medium, as with chromogenic agent, pink or red particles will appears in the liquid part.
