Mycobacteria Drugs Susceptibility L-J Medium(Culture Method)

Summary : The product is to test drug susceptibility of mycobacteria with ratio method. The medium contains rich nutrients and different drugs with constant concentration. In the medium, inorganic salts, carbon source, nitrogen source, and water work to stimulate the mycobacterium growth, whereas the different drugs inhibit the mycobacterium growth.

Pick mycobacteria, isolated with liquid or solid medium to adjust to a certain concentration, inoculate respectively to different drug susceptibility test L-J media and control media, incubate at 37°C for 4 week, and finally evaluate the drug susceptibility after observing the growth of mycobacteria on drug susceptibility test medium and control medium.
